DALLAS MUSTANGS BASEBALL CLUB

DALLAS MUSTANGS BASEBALL CLUB

As one of the leading, nationally-recognized youth baseball programs in the country, the Dallas Mustangs Baseball Club has been helping players reach the next level since 1986. More than 90% of Mustangs go on to play at the college level, and our track record includes over 230 that played professionally and 45 players in the big leagues throughout the years. If you have a high level of commitment to success and a high level of commitment to the leadership we will provide, the Dallas Mustangs is the place for you.

Everyone wants their name on the lineup card.  Vanderbilt Coach Tim Corbin says “defense will get you on the field, hitting will keep you there”.  Getting you on the field is the goal of The First Tool. It is high-intensity detailed instruction to embed the fundamentals of defense on the diamond.  If you are a defender, you can get on the field and on the lineup card.  There will be 8 one-hour sessions on either Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon each weekend in October and November.  We will use experienced position instructors and 4 FungoMan machines providing multiple reps at a high tempo.  There are only 24 slots in each session, two sessions each day, divided into appropriate age groups, 11-12, 13-14 and HS (some 14’s qualify for the HS group).  The cost for the 8 sessions if $400.  Click the link below to sign up.

A club for players ready for the next level

We select players who we think will be able to play at the next level, be that youth Majors or high school varsity or college and professional. The goal is to make these players competitive at the appropriate level. In order to be competitive, players must put in time of their own in improving their skill level. If you are willing to devote time each week to improving your skills, be it hitting, base-running, fielding, pitching, catching, etc., then this is for you.
